Make me an Avatar: Tutorial

I've received a lot of requests from people about making clearer the process of photomanipulating a portrait into a Na'vi Avatar-ish thingie... so I created the following tutorial in here, which will guide you through the process I follow to create such images.

This is my first tutorial using video, and it comes quite raw so, besides the photoshop process, you'll see several amazing features like:

• My crappy english
• Me repeating myself
• Me clicking into other windows I am not supposed to be clicking (starring: my facebook account like by two seconds).
• My photoshop being a bitch.
