I've received a lot of requests from people about making clearer the process of photomanipulating a portrait into a Na'vi Avatar-ish thingie... so I created the following tutorial in here, which will guide you through the process I follow to create such images.
This is my first tutorial using video, and it comes quite raw so, besides the photoshop process, you'll see several amazing features like:

*laughing* While listening to your super-melodic chipmunk voice does have a high entertainment factor, would it be too much to ask for you to upload the original video as well, even though it is longer? Following what you did will only help me if I don't go insane by the end from all those high pitches ;)

I made it that way because I though people would fall asleep through the overall process... I personally can't stand a video longer than 25 minutes (original one is about 47).
